Responsibilities Assist in the delivery of consulting services such as strategic and operational planning reviews along with the design of programs and services, stakeholder engagement and other forms of management consulting Support proposal development along with the implementation, administration and completion of client engagements Perform complex and detailed research, interpretation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data for the purpose of proposing, planning and implementing business improvements for clients Participate in research through the collection, development and analysis of data (through online content, report review, interviews, focus groups, surveys and administrative data) Design, develop, format and proof-read professional reports, proposals, presentations and correspondence Develop positive working relationships and liaise with clients and colleagues Ensure delivery of high quality client service products Monitor project timelines against targets, adjust where necessary; advise clients of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies where applicable Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services and clientele through experiential learning with clients Network and take a leadership role in the local professional community while raising awareness of MNP and looking for new business development opportunities Promote MNP advisory services through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activities Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systems Skills And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture Management, or other related field 4 to 5 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client‑service environment or Agricultural environment Completion of a Certified Management Consultant Certification is an asset Experience in Agricultural business and practice development is considered an asset A valid driver’s license is necessary as travel will be required Employment type Full-time Job function Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales Accounting With a focus on high‑potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
