Service Quality Supervisor (1.0 FTE Permanent) Join to apply for the Service Quality Supervisor (1.0 FTE Permanent) role at Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board . The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Service Quality Supervisor. Reporting to and under the direction of the Manager of Facilities Services, the Service Quality Supervisor is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Board's property, equipment and construction projects, including supervising, evaluating, and training custodial and maintenance staff. The Service Quality Supervisor is also responsible for the supervision of all assigned contracted services. The Successful Applicant Will Have The Following Qualifications A relevant University Degree or College Diploma. 2 years proven supervisory experience in a unionized setting. Proven knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems, as well as automation systems. Prior experience in project management and planning. Knowledge of construction methods and ability to read blueprints. Working knowledge of Ontario Building Code, Ontario Fire Code, Occupational Health & Safety Act, etc. Proven written and verbal communication/presentation skills. Demonstrated problem‑solving ability. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and be proactive. Trades experience would be considered an asset. Computer skills.
