What you will accomplish with us Lead the evolution of the risk management framework and ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements. Oversee the implementation of risk mitigation strategies and monitor progress across business units. Recommend and integrate AI-based solutions to improve risk detection, analysis, and prediction. Produce complex analyses and strategic reports to support team decision-making. Develop, maintain, and test the business continuity plan to ensure organizational resilience. What will accelerate your success in this role Holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field. Has 5 to 7 years of experience in risk management, ideally in the financial services sector. Is recognized for deep expertise in operational and regulatory risk management. Demonstrates strong proficiency with analytical tools (Power BI, SQL, AI) and data governance practices. Possesses solid leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Is known for adaptability, autonomy, and curiosity. Has an advanced level of English, as the role requires writing strategic reports and collaborating regularly with English-speaking external partners.
