Responsibilities Align HR initiatives with business objectives and retail operational needs Maintain reports related to HR metrics and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities Lead and support investigations, discipline, and performance management processes Coach leaders through difficult conversations, terminations and conflict resolutions Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies across the province Promote a respectful, positive, and inclusive workplace culture Support engagement initiatives and change management efforts across stores Administer emails & paperwork for any employee store transfers, and position changes Respond to team members HR inquiries Ensure proper performance management documentation administered and filed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 3-5 years of proven experience in HR roles, with a focus in employee relations Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
