We are looking for a visionary Senior Security Engineering Manager to drive our security strategy, influence product innovation, boost cloud resilience, and ensure AI safety. This key role inspires a top‑tier security team and safeguards our products, data, and cloud environments. What you'll do Define and execute long‑term security roadmaps for product security, cloud architecture, and AI risk. Partner closely with product engineering, AI, and other stakeholders to integrate security seamlessly into the business. Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing security team with regular 1‑on‑1s, OKRs, feedback, and growth plans. Champion a security‑first mindset across the organization through continuous learning and promotion of best practices. Command incident response during high‑severity security incidents, coordinating containment, remediation, and stakeholder communication. Drive continuous improvement with red/blue team exercises, security game days, and automation of security into CI/CD pipelines. Define secure coding standards, conduct design reviews, and develop frameworks to manage risks from generative AI and ML model deployment. Design and secure our cloud environments (AWS, Azure) with smart network segmentation, IaC security, posture management, and cost‑effective monitoring. Advocate shift‑left security principles throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle. Gatekeeper: Manage secrets, identity access, and compliance with HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, and SOC 2. What you bring to the table 8+ years in Security Engineering, Product Security, or Cloud Security, with 3+ years managing engineers. Demonstrated success owning and securing large‑scale production systems in major cloud environments. Deep expertise in cloud security, secure network design, monitoring/observability tools, and application security. A solid grasp of secure software supply chain, zero‑trust networking, data privacy, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, HITRUST). Excellent communication skills, translating complex security concepts into clear business outcomes for any audience. AI/ML experience is a bonus.
