Job Description: Senior Machine Learning/AI Engineer

Are you a Machine Learning and AI guru with a knack for optical bet recognition? Key Responsibilities:

  • Algorithm Development: Lead the charge in designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning and AI algorithms that make our optical bet recognition system smarter, faster, and more accurate. Scalability? Performance? You've got it covered.
  • Computer Vision: Apply your wizardry in computer vision to process images and video feeds, extracting the betting data that'll make the house win (but not really, because we're ethical like that).
  • Data Analysis: Dive into large datasets like a treasure hunt, identifying patterns, boosting performance, and ensuring our models don't just work—they thrive.
  • Model Training & Evaluation: Train and fine-tune models until they're so good, they practically predict the future. Supervised, unsupervised—you name it, you'll optimize it.
  • Collaboration: Work with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to seamlessly integrate AI models into the system. You'll be the glue that holds it all together.
  • Real-Time Processing: Optimize models for lightning-fast processing. Low-latency? Easy. Real-time operations in a fast-paced environment? Bring it on.
  • R&D and Innovation: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest ML, AI, and computer vision trends. If there's a new tech out there, you'll probably be the one pushing it.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior engineers through best practices. You'll be their Yoda, but cooler.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Ph.D.? Even better, but not a dealbreaker.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in the field of machine learning, computer vision, and AI.
  • Proven track record designing, developing, and deploying algorithms for real-time systems.
  • Extensive experience with optical image recognition and video processing.
  • Mastery of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras—pick your poison).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in computer vision (image segmentation, object detection, tracking... you name it).
  • Programming wizardry in Python, C++, or Java.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms (CNNs, RNNs, classification, regression, clustering—you get the idea).
  • Experience deploying and optimizing models in production environments.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data processing and distributed systems? Bonus points.
  • Bonus #2: Know reinforcement learning or other advanced techniques? We're impressed.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. You see puzzles where others see chaos.
  • Excellent communication skills. You'll explain complex tech to non-techies without making their heads explode.
