Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise cashier and merchandising staff compliance with store procedures
- Train cashiers and merchandisers in their job functions
- Manage cash office inventory, tracking, and PC Optimum procedures
- Resolve product inquiries, refunds, exchanges, and customer issues
- Maintain clean shelves, displays, housekeeping, and store image
