Inside Technical Sales- Valves and Actuation

The Opportunity Tundra has an opening for an Inside Technical Sales, Valves and Actuation , based in Calgary or Edmonton . The successful candidate will be a sales professional who reflects their corporate commitment to being responsive to their customer's unique needs. They thrive in an environment that is customer focus and is nimble at maintaining a high degree of contact with customers throughout the order cycle. The Role Facilitate customers' orders and quotes by offering technical guidance and sourcing the best solution for their requirements. Communicate with cross-functional departments to execute and meet order expectations. Liaise with manufacturing to ensure the customer's needs are being met. Build long-term customer relationships while managing commitments accordingly. Address requests and inquiries, especially those related to warrantee items and service‑related issues. The Candidate Experience in inside technical sales role supporting valve and actuation products. Experience in pipe, flange and fittings would be an asset. Pressure management experience preferred. Technical Engineering Diploma from a recognized post‑secondary institution preferred. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are mandatory in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook). Experience working with an ERP would be an asset. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
