This is a senior leadership role for a results-driven construction professional with a strong background in general contracting and a proven ability to deliver complex projects from concept through completion. We believe the ideal fit for this position will be a candidate with 10-15 years experience in construction, currently at Senior Project Manager level, and wants to progress through to leading larger teams, and responsible for growing a business unit. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of project management professionals delivering construction projects across diverse sectors. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from preconstruction planning through closeout. Serve as the strategic partner to clients, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met. Implement best practices for project delivery, risk management, and operational efficiency. Navigate and resolve complex challenges with a hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach. Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders. About You 15+ years of experience in construction , ideally with a General Contractor background. Proven ability to manage multiple project teams and small, or large‑scale initiatives. Strong leadership presence — able to influence, motivate, and drive accountability. Resilient, bold, and resourceful — someone who doesn’t take “no” for an answer. Adept at balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on involvement when needed. Sales mindedness, with strong financial knowledge and P&L management experience. Base salary up to $195,000 , commensurate with experience.
