Lead floor service at Shannon's Irish Pub and Eatery in Winnipeg with strong communication and customer service skills. This part time position supports busy season operations.
The Floor Server Supervisor assists customers while supporting business needs and management expectations. You will communicate with floor staff, address complaints, follow assigned direction, and maintain service standards. Quarterly meetings help maintain those standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead floor staff in delivering consistent customer service
- Assist customers and provide the highest customer service
- Handle customer complaints in a positive manner
- Follow floor manager directions on assigned tasks
- Apply company policies, procedures, and safe work practices
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Smart Choices or Serving Safe certificate
- Minimum three years of service experience
- Ability to remain calm during stressful situations
- Availability for established attendance and shift expectations
