The video interview will be reviewed by the Hiring Manager Job Description CTRSE is part of a global organization responsible for the delivery of submissions to Regulatory Health Authorities & Central Ethics committees to enable the delivery of Study Start‑up activities required for patients to participate in clinical Trials and ensure regulatory excellence across global markets. We focus on streamlining regulatory processes, reducing cycle times, and enabling medicines to reach patients faster. CTRSE has a strong focus on project management driving accelerated timelines for delivery. This role would suit future project managers, information management, or business skills. There may also be the opportunity to rotate within CTRSE to expand knowledge in other areas such as compliance, training or submission management. Job Responsibilities This role combines change management, communications, and project leadership to drive CTRSE’s transformation initiatives. You will lead strategic projects,regelen organisational changes are understood and adopted, and deliver clear, engaging communications that align with Pfizer’s purpose: “Breakthroughs that change patients’ lives.” Communication and Change Management: Ownership, review and scheduling of CTRSE change and communication requests. Prepare organisational communications for distribution both internal and external to CTRSE. Developing and maintaining instructional documents, procedures, and guidelines to support change within our organisation and continuous improvement efforts. Project Management: Oversight and contributing to team and global projects which define and streamline essential business processes to increase efficiency and reduce time. Project Lead: Leading and presenting in meetings to share innovative ideas and strategies which will enhance the implementation of new or revised processes that are driven by internal and external guidelines. Global Projects: Executing partnership with colleagues globally to assist in ensuring the success of a broad variety of global initiatives, projects and business solutions. Process Development/Improvement: Accountability for process development or improvement, decision making, and change management for CTRSE.
