Build customer service skills at No Frills by stocking shelves, scanning products accurately, and responding courteously to customer needs.
As a Store Colleague, you will help create a positive in-store shopping experience. You will maintain displays, support ordering, and set up company-directed promotions. Training is provided, and previous experience is not required for this front end clerk opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service while responding to customer needs
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and set up directed promotions
- Keep department areas neat and meet health safety standards
Requirements:
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions
- Motivation to learn new things through provided training
- Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and varied departments
