Medical Science Liaison / Scientific Evidence Manager - Biosimilaires / Sud

Le Scientific Evidence Manager (SEM) est le référant médical de Biogen. Il contribue à la stratégie médicale de son aire thérapeutique et met en place la stratégie définie dans sa région. En proximité avec les Key Medical Experts et les professionnels de santé de sa région, son rôle est d’apporter les informations scientifiques et médicales (non promotionnelles) par le biais d’entretiens individuels, de réunions scientifiques et par des projets de data génération, en ligne avec la stratégie médicale de Biogen et visant à optimiser la prise en charge des patients.

Les activités:

  • Être identifié comme le référent médical et scientifique représentant Biogen sur la région pour réponse aux demandes d’informations médicales des professionnels de santé -notamment les KME (Key Medical Experts) - et nécessaires à la prise en charge optimale des patients par le biais d’entretiens individuels des réunions scientifiques et par des projets de data génération
  • Respecter les principes d’exhaustivité et de transparence des données : communication de toutes les données connues et pertinentes, positives ou négatives.
  • Participation active à l’élaboration du plan médical National
  • Initiation et élaboration d’un plan médical régional à partir du plan national définit.
  • Suivi de projets scientifiques nationaux ou régionaux en adéquation avec la stratégie médicale et en coordination cross fonctionnelle, dans le respect des requis réglementaires et compliance de Biogen et de l’environnement de santé en France
  • Organisation de réunions médicales, conférences et tables rondes, interventions dans des réunions scientifiques régionales en réponse aux besoins d’information médicale des professionnels de santé de la région
  • Information des professionnels de santé de manière proactive sur les éléments liés aux problématiques de sécurité du médicament et sur les Plans de Gestion des Risques (PGR) des produits
  • Recherche, transmission et suivi des évènements de pharmacovigilance, y compris dans le cadre des Plans de Gestion des Risques des produits Biogen
  • Mise en place scientifique et suivi des études cliniques conduites par Biogen France et supervision et suivi des études à l’initiative des investigateurs (IIT et SRA) selon les procédures définies.
  • Acquérir et cultiver un haut niveau d'expertise scientifique sur l'environnement de la maladie et l’aire thérapeutique, en assistant aux congrès pertinents, en lisant régulièrement les publications et en veillant à rester informé(e) sur les essais en cours des concurrents (à travers Clinicaltrials.gov, par exemple).
  • Formation et information des délégués médicaux sur les produits et services, évaluations régulières des acquis
  • Conseil et assistance aux délégués médicaux sur le plan médical et scientifique
  • Participation à l’évaluation de la restitution du message oral lors de la mise en situation des délégués médicaux dans le respect de la Charte de l’information par démarchage ou prospection visant à la promotion des médicaments
  • Partage avec l’équipe médicale des informations sur les courants de pensée et les concepts thérapeutiques nouveaux recueillis en région


Toutes ces activités doivent être réalisées dans le respect des règles de déontologie et autres règlements en vigueur, notamment du Code de Santé Publique, de la Sécurité Sociale, de la loi informatique et liberté (CNIL) et de la Charte de l’information par démarchage ou prospection visant à la promotion des médicaments et son référentiel en vigueur.

Profil du recrutement

  • Médecin ou Pharmacien ou haut niveau de compétences médicales ou scientifiques Master 2/ingénieur au minimum dans un domaine scientifique ou médical
  • Expérience requise dans un poste similaire
  • Niveau d'anglais de compréhension et de rédaction suffisant pour gérer :
  • Des réunions, des conférences téléphoniques et webex avec les équipes internationales
  • Des congrès internationaux

  • Intégrité scientifique - Capacité à maintenir un niveau d’expertise scientifique exemplaire permettant des interactions pertinentes et à la pointe de l’actualité, répondant aux besoins des professionnels de santé.
  • Capacité à faire preuve d’autonomie dans l’organisation d’évènements médicaux pertinents en termes de contenu scientifique et en adéquation avec la stratégie médicale et avec les besoins des professionnels de santé de la région
  • Capacité à mettre en place un plan d’action médical annuel en adéquation avec la stratégie médicale, intégrant une coordination cross fonctionnelle régulière avec les autres départements de l’entreprise
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, au sein du médical, de sa région, et dans les différents projets dans lequel il sera impliqué.
  • Capacité à gérer son temps et ses priorités : gestion multi-projets intégrant les requis réglementaires et compliance, respect des délais et des engagements
  • Capacité d’analyse critique et de synthèse : mise en place d’un plan d’action, rédaction de synthèses sur des évènements scientifiques auprès d’auditoires différents ; capacité à synthétiser et présenter des données scientifiques complexes, des rapports, des notes tant à l’égard des professionnels de santé dans le cadre des interactions qu’à l’égard des collègues de l’entreprise dans le cadre de leur formation continue
  • Capacité à rédiger des documents, rapports et notes scientifiques en anglais,
  • Capacité à initier, gérer et suivre des études cliniques et de superviser la mise en place et le suivi des études à l’initiative des investigateurs (IIT)
