The Senior Specialist Online Marketing is responsible for the retail focus on online activities of all business divisions at our client partner. This includes planning and execution of content and media strategies of all retail partners while developing, deploying, maintaining and reporting on all existing and new retailer initiatives for all business divisions to drive incremental sales and profit while ensuring our online market leadership and distinction from our competitors. What you're responsible for:Supports how to effectively and efficiently respond to online inquiries re product information, promotions, existing orders, returns, outstanding credits and shipping informationManage client owned brand shops, brand pagesManage product launches by briefing all stakeholders' inputs for clear directionManage the Online Content Enhancement program for all partnerships including working with content syndication partners, and mange and uploading content pagesCommunicate with stockholders to get alignments and approvals on the process of projects and product launchesManage SKU listing by ensuring correct product images, descriptions and contentPerformance Marketing and Online ReviewsPlan and execute performance marketing for retailer.com to improve conversionPlan and execute client media programs and prepare campaign performance reports with recommended optimizations. Work closely with client advertising on unlocking new media opportunities Manage account specific budget and work with different stakeholders to gain the best ROIEvaluate and identify the right investment vehicles for performance-marketing activitiesRegular reporting to track the performance of all activities and evaluate ROIDevelop brief for agency to build custom creatives for delivering right messaging in performance-marketing activitiesKnowledge:Knowledge of the best practices of the web, including site effectiveness and online campaign trackingKnowledge of Digital Marketing best practice and demonstration of digital marketing skills including, search, display, social, email, lead generation, mobile trends, advertising platforms and associated mediaExpert proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and with Online Analytical Processing, and Google analyticsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and interact comfortably with wide range of levels in the organization from senior executives to support staff Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervisionStrong analytical, organizational and planning skillsProven ability to function effectively in a team environmentTo join our team:University Graduate BA preferred or College Diploma 3+ years Online Marketing experience3+ years' experience in digital marketing including website project management, business/systems analysis, and/or interactive marketing preferredRetail, consumer electronics or telecommunications industry experience is strong assetProject management experience Managing multiple product launches and communicating with stakeholdersProven experience defining web requirements, working with both marketing and technical teamsExperience using web content management systems and syndication partners is an assetWhat we offer:A competitive base salary of $79-84K plus bonus and other perksVacation plus additional flex daysRRSP Matching ProgramComprehensive benefitsTraining and development opportunities to grow your career with one of Canada's Best Managed CompaniesIf this sounds like you and you're excited to be a member of our team, pleaseapply now.We thank all interested applicants; however, only qualified candidates will be contacted.
