Responsibilities

•

Quote and sell vinyl fencing, railing, and outdoor living products

•

Serve customers on the phone, through email and/or in person on a daily basis

•

Provide superior customer experience

•

Work with layout planning and assist customers accurately, effectively, and quickly

•

  • Accurately process payment and product sales documentation in NetSuite


Qualifications

•

Inside sales experience

•

Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook a must

•

Excellent Customer Service, written and verbal communication skills

•

A high degree of professionalism

•

Strong collaborative, problem solving and interpersonal skills

•

Great organizational and prioritizing abilities

•

Superior multi-tasking abilities and very detail oriented

•

Must be reliable and able to work independently under minimal supervision

•
