The Society provides assistance to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. Under the authority and guidance of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director works within the vision, mission, policies and procedures of the Society. The Executive Director provides exceptional management of operations, administration, strategic and financial plans, budget, assets, human resources, and community engagement. The Executive Director position is a full-time on-site position. The Board of Directors is seeking an individual who is committed to the Fort Saskatchewan community and is passionate about addressing food insecurity. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a mindset of proactive strategic thinking, a focus on positive interpersonal relationships, the ability to multi-task, problem solve, and delegate effectively for optimal day-to-day operation of the Society.
