We focus on operating systems, zonal controllers, cloud and connectivity solutions to support the next generation of electric and software‑defined vehicles. Role Summary As a key contributor, you will test and ensure the quality of infotainment firmware and lower‑level BSP features. You will develop automation for right‑to‑left testing, verify software against standards, and support continuous integration efforts. Responsibilities Lead integration and verification of Android, Linux, QNX, and subsystem modules. Develop a strong understanding of BSP level components and their functionality. Support failure and root cause analysis for test and development teams. Develop a strong understanding of various hardware platforms. Develop test strategies to effectively test subsystem modules on bench and vehicle. Support and contribute to efforts to move manual test activities to automation. Maintain and execute automation test scripts for platform features. Bridge the gap between software development and vehicle integration teams. Collaborate with teams to ensure a tight feedback loop. Manage traceability of test coverage from requirements to validation. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or greater in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field. 5+ years of experience integrating and testing automotive embedded subsystems or similar consumer electronics. Understanding of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) models. Experience with RTOS and POSIX‑based embedded systems (Linux, Android, QNX). Fluency in debugging communications over Ethernet and CAN. Experience developing configuration, measurement, and testing scripts, particularly with Python in an automation framework. Knowledge of audio, video, graphics subsystems and peripherals is highly desired. Ability to work in a fast‑paced development environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for taking software from development to a verified product. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for Vancouver, BC, Canada: $108,000 – $139,000 CAD.
