Technical knowledge of Digital Marketing Applications, infrastructure and development of IT and Cloud. Understanding of Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation from a technology perspective. Logical Architecture Development and rapid prototyping. Technical Project Management. Analyzing client’s technology problems, implications, and needs. Analyzing application and infrastructure environment. Setting the collaboration framework. Creating technology solution overviews / prototypes. Leading technology selection. Overseeing technology solution development and testing. Design data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks for loyalty programs. Qualifications and Experience At least 15 years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas. Strong knowledge of Salesforce core platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Loyalty Management. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs). Understanding engineering and software architecture design. Cloud Infrastructure. Strong communication skills. Deep technical problem-solving skills. Project and resource management skills. Ability to work collaboratively. Ability to influence and negotiate. Technical Project management skills with an understanding of DevOps concepts. Sales, Service, B2B Commerce, OMS, and Loyalty cloud. Nice to Have: Loyalty Management Accredited Professional Certification, Salesforce B2B and OMS Certification, Salesforce Application Architect. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,900-$192,460. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
