A TSX listed mining company advancing development and production restart initiatives in the Americas is appointing a Corporate Controller to report directly to the CFO. The company is advancing a restart of its key asset and manages multiple exploration and development projects. As it moves toward production and continues to engage with capital markets, the finance function is being strengthened to institutional standards. This is a build and ownership role with full accountability for financial reporting, controls, audit readiness and IFRS compliance across the business. Role overview The Corporate Controller will be the CFO’s operational lead for corporate and project accounting, ensuring integrity, timeliness and audit readiness of all financial information. This role bridges corporate finance with project sites and supports scaling the business toward production. Core responsibilities Monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS reporting and consolidation across all legal entities Multi-currency financial consolidation and reporting Lead sheets, reconciliations and audit ready working papers External auditor coordination and audit delivery Canadian and international statutory compliance Systematisation of internal controls and close processes Cash flow reporting, balance sheet integrity and technical accounting support Support CFO on budgets, forecasts and financing readiness This role ensures the business maintains reliable, financeable numbers during a dynamic transition toward production. Candidate profile Looking for an experienced Controller with: Public company IFRS financial reporting experience Multi-entity consolidation experience Audit leadership and external auditor management Strong technical accounting skills Comfort operating in growth and transition environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
