In this role, you will assist the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager with key operational tasks including team scheduling and supervision. Your leadership will help maintain exceptional customer service while addressing any challenges that arise, all aligned with LEGO's values. You'll also ensure a well-organized stockroom and effective stock merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Sales Associates and resolve issues collaboratively
• Complete orders for store and office supplies
• Ensure money handling procedures are strictly followed
• Maintain an organized stockroom and merchandise display
• Assist in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation
Requirements:
• Experience in retail or supervisory roles
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to follow operational guidelines
• Committed to high-quality customer service
• Familiarity with loss prevention targets
