As a Brand Ambassador, you provide customer-first service and support Ralph Lauren’s premium lifestyle brands. You help customers discover products, understand available programs, and connect through Polo Connect. The position emphasizes inclusivity, curiosity, resourcefulness, and collaboration while supporting sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent, personalized customer service across every touchpoint
- Meet individual sales objectives and key performance indicators
- Connect customers through the Polo Connect program
- Assist with sizing and maintain fitting room standards
- Support replenishment, floor sets, and opening responsibilities
Requirements:
