Continuous maintenance and ongoing review of security standards and procedures to ensure only authorized individuals have access to networks, data, and information. Participate in after‑hours on‑call coverage rotation. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Completed post‑secondary diploma in Computer Science or related academic field of study comparable to Canadian academic standards preferred. Intermediate knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications preferred. Three (3) years experience in a similar role. Direct experience with Microsoft server operating systems, infrastructure monitoring and maintenance systems, cloud‑based services, SaaS applications, networking and SAN/Storage concepts. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems. Basic knowledge of database services, including Microsoft SQL. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Applications, and other common platforms preferred.
