As a Bilingual Security Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and government officials at the Colombian Consulate. This role prioritizes professionalism and customer service, ensuring a welcoming and secure atmosphere for all. Responsibilities include monitoring visitor access, conducting exterior patrols, and supporting inquiries in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English
• Determine appointment purposes and notify representatives
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception
• Monitor access and adhere to security protocols
Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Valid Alberta Security Licence
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service background
• Ability to work independently and manage public-facing duties
