The Opportunity: We’re looking for a motivated and tech‑savvy Marketing & Sales Person to join our Oshawa office. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited about blending marketing creativity with sales strategy, using AI tools and digital platforms to reach new audiences and help grow our business. You’ll play an important part in designing and running email and digital marketing campaigns, engaging potential clients, and supporting the outside sales team with high‑quality marketing insights, tools, and communication materials. If you’re a fast learner with a background in marketing, communications, or business, and you’re eager to apply technology to real‑world marketing challenges, this could be the perfect opportunity to launch your career. What You’ll Do: Develop and manage AI-assisted email campaigns to connect with potential commercial clients. Create engaging marketing materials and messages that reflect our brand and services. Research and organize prospect data using CRM and automation tools. Use digital analytics to track campaign performance and find opportunities for improvement. Contribute creative ideas to marketing strategies that help increase visibility and engagement. Stay up to date with trends in AI marketing, digital communication, and B2B sales technology. Who You Are: A recent graduate or early‑career professional with a post‑secondary education in Marketing, Business, or Communications. Confident communicator with strong writing and presentation skills. Tech‑savvy and eager to learn — comfortable exploring new tools, AI platforms, and CRM systems. Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to balance multiple projects at once. Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and passion for helping a growing company reach its goals.
