New York Technology Partners provided pay range $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr About the Role: We are seeking 4 experienced Dayforce consultants to support a high-impact initiative with the Government of Canada. The ideal candidates will have hands‑on technical implementation and configuration experience with Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM), HR Core, Time, and Entitlements modules . This is a fully remote opportunity, but candidates must be residents of Canada and eligible for a Protected B security clearance . Key Requirements: 2+ years of hands‑on technical experience implementing and configuring Dayforce WFM , specifically in HR Core, Time Tracking, and Entitlements . Proven ability to work directly with clients—strong interpersonal and client‑facing communication skills . Excellent written communication skills ; able to produce detailed test cases, configuration documentation, and user guides. Must be a Canadian resident for 5+ years (required for Protected B security clearance eligibility). Must be physically present in Canada for the entire contract duration. Available to work full‑time (40 hrs/week) during EST business hours . Clearance Requirement: Eligibility for Protected B security clearance is mandatory. This requires: Canadian citizenship or permanent residency Continuous residency in Canada for the past 5+ years Ideal Candidates: Have worked on public sector or government Dayforce implementations (preferred but not mandatory). Understand Canadian labor regulations, time & attendance policies, and leave entitlement structures. Comfortable working in agile, documentation‑heavy government environments.
