What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead the development and management of bid content to support organizational growth. Produce and manage RFP responses and presentations, often under tight deadlines. Conduct bid analyses and coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, budget, and schedule information. Maintain current content of templates and proposals, ensuring quality control and effective implementation of proposal software. Perform client research using CRM tools for proposal and business development purposes. What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on proposal development, project management, or related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) 3+ years of related experience in the biotech/pharma industry or distribution/manufacturing environment.
