Job Overview Store Manager – oversees daily operations, manages staff, ensures customer satisfaction, and drives sales for a large convenience store. Responsibilities Direct and control daily store operations Evaluate and improve daily processes Plan and organize daily activities Manage staff and assign duties Conduct market research and trend analysis to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitive impact Determine merchandise and services to be sold Implement price and credit policies Source, select, and procure merchandise for resale Develop and implement marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and volunteers Conduct performance reviews Supervise office and volunteer staff Seniority Level Mid‑Senior Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales and Business Development – Food & Beverages Experience and Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate (or equivalent experience) 1 to < 2 years of relevant experience Location: On site – work must be completed at the physical store location.
