Your Opportunity Your Opportunity We have an exciting yet demanding role for a Senior Associate, Strategic Implementation (Senior Associate) who will act as a senior subject matter expert within the Strategic Development and Implementation group (Strategy). Working closely with the Director of Energy Advisory Services (Director), the Senior Associate will act as a senior subject matter expert while leading enterprise‑level initiatives that integrate research, policy analysis, and organizational development with cross‑sector collaboration to support Stantec’s long‑term growth and global impact. Your Key Responsibilities Work alongside the Director as well as members of the MTC team to implement the strategic direction and impact of the Strategy group across markets, including: Continuous refinement and delivery of Strategy’s project portfolio and value propositions in accordance with changing market, economic, and policy and regulatory landscapes across North America. Supporting proposal development and pursuit of client opportunities requiring premium‑rate advisory consulting services with exceptional value delivery. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range Locations in GTA & Ottawa Ontario - 103,300.00 to 153,300.00 Annually Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
