What You'll Do: Lead all financial operations, including FP&A, Operations/Supply Chain Finance, AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Reporting. Own annual budget and monthly forecasting processes; analyze results and communicate insights to leadership. Maintain a healthy balance sheet, manage cash flow, and oversee credit risk, tax filings, and compliance with corporate policies. Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness through robust processes and controls. Develop and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Oversee corporate administration functions such as fleet management, insurance coordination, and office operations. What Experience You'll Have: Strong technical accounting and financial analysis expertise. Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional finance teams. Strategic thinker with attention to detail and bias for execution.
