Aircraft or Avionics Engineer – Sepal AI (Remote, Flexible, Paid) Project Overview Sepal is launching a specialized qualitative research initiative to capture what high‑level aerospace engineering work looks like in real practice. We’re seeking experienced engineers who can clearly articulate how complex engineering decisions are made, how safety and performance trade‑offs are evaluated, and how rigorous technical work is executed across aerospace programs. Your insights will contribute directly to a benchmark framework used to evaluate aerospace engineering expertise, ensuring that real‑world engineering knowledge informs future training and assessment tools. Duration: Now through December 29 Total Hours: 40–100 Engagement begins with a paid 2–4 day work trial Work is fully remote with flexible scheduling Professionals Who Typically Qualify What This Role Involves As a research contributor, you will provide structured documentation of your engineering background, demonstrate how you approach complex technical challenges, and help define criteria that represent true excellence in aerospace engineering. Outline your professional trajectory and technical domain specialties Propose aerospace‑specific screening or evaluation questions grounded in real engineering practice Write one or more detailed case studies describing a significant engineering task, system, or project you’ve contributed to Participate in limited asynchronous review or calibration activities Your contributions will help establish an industry‑aligned model of engineering reasoning, technical rigor, and project execution.
