Water Tester

As a Water Tester, you will be responsible for testing and analyzing water samples at various stages of the construction projects to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will work closely with our client's construction team, engineers, and project managers to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of water quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct frequent and accurate water quality testing at various stages of construction projects

- Collect water samples from construction sites and surrounding areas

- Develop and implement testing procedures and protocols in accordance with regulations and industry best practices

- Analyze test results and provide recommendations to address any issues or concerns

- Maintain detailed records of water testing results and documentation for regulatory compliance

- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to identify potential water quality concerns and implement solutions

- Stay updated on environmental regulations and industry trends related to water quality testing

- Collaborate with external agencies and organizations involved in water quality monitoring and regulation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in water quality testing, preferably in a construction or engineering environment

- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to water quality testing

- Familiarity with water testing equipment and procedures

- Ability to generate accurate and detailed reports based on test results

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
