Overview Professional Search Group – OC has partnered with a global leader in industrial networking and automation solutions to identify and hire a Channel Sales Manager to support growth across Canada. This individual will play a key role in developing and expanding channel partnerships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators, driving revenue through strategic business development and relationship management. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Commission Direct message the job poster from Professional Search Group - OC What You’ll Do Achieve or exceed sales quotas by driving opportunities with existing and prospective channel partners. Partner with distributors and resellers on joint customer calls to capture business opportunities and close competitive deals. Deepen relationships with channel leadership and sales teams to maximize engagement and revenue growth. Support partner enablement through training, education, and awareness initiatives. Recruit and onboard new channel partners where needed to expand reach and capabilities. Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute impactful channel marketing programs. Work closely with product management, technical sales, and marketing to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and partner forums. What You Bring Experience & Education: 3+ years of experience in industrial networking, automation, or a related technical sales field. 3+ years of direct channel management experience (partner recruitment, development, and training). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience. Key Skills & Attributes: Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. Proven success in developing and closing deals while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms. Willingness to travel approximately 50% across the assigned territory.
