As we continue to invest in our people, platforms, and products, we’re looking for talented **Lead F****ullstack Software Engineering** to help us build scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions.You’ll join a collaborative, agile environment where you’ll leading engineering teams empowering them to design and develop both frontend and backend**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**As a Lead Senior Software Engineering, you’ll:* **Inspire and guide engineering teams**, empowering them to design, build, test, and deploy modular, cloud-native applications and APIs.* **Champion cross-functional collaboration**, working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Quality Engineers, and executive stakeholders to align technical delivery with strategic goals.* **Drive architectural decisions and technical governance**, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.* **Integrate seamlessly with internal systems and third-party APIs**, delivering smooth and intuitive user experiences.* **Shape engineering strategy and innovation**, influencing the future direction of our platforms, practices, and ways of working.**LOCATION(S):** components of modern applications. Proven hands-on experience with**Java**, including designing and implementing**RESTful APIs**that support scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures. Familiarity with backend frameworks such as**Spring Boot**and**Node.js**is beneficial. Strong proficiency inExperience with frameworks and libraries such as**React,Next.js,Redux,Vue.js**, or**Angular**is highly desirable. Experience with CI/CD tools such asGitHub Actions,Jenkins, orHarness. Familiarity withDockerfor containerization andKubernetesfor orchestration. Exposure to cloud platforms —Google Cloud Platform (GCP)preferred, butAWSorAzureexperience is also welcome.
