Run what runs the world This Position reports to: SDS project manager supervisor Your Role: Own the Challenge Project Management: Lead a sub-project within a larger initiative, overseeing planning, cost, risk, and execution while ensuring alignment with the main project's structure and goals. Supplier Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of supplier relationships-from proposal to execution and closure-including contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution. Contractual Documentation: Prepare and manage key project documents such as NDAs, IP agreements, Statements of Work (SOW), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments like legal, procurement, and project control to ensure compliance with organizational policies. Team Integration: Work closely with core project team members including Systems Engineers, QA, and technical leads to ensure cohesive project execution What it takes to Run what runs the world Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with over 10 years of experience in project and contract management, ideally in aerospace or defense sectors. Skilled in managing technical SOWs, WBS, master planning, and payment milestones across all project phases-from submission to closure-within large-scale, complex, and international projects. Proven ability in subcontracting, contract drafting, negotiation, and handling contractual amendments. Fully bilingual in French and English-French is essential, and English is required for regular communication with clients outside Quebec.
