Office Locations Montreal – QC or Waterloo – ON or Toronto – ON Work arrangement Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from Home. Remote working option is not available. Position Responsibilities Design, develop, test and deploy scalable solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Copilot Studio with a specific focus on Model Driven apps and Dataverse. Leverage Dynamics 365 / Power Platform capabilities to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences. Design, implement and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services such as Azure functions and logic apps for enhanced functionality. Implement responsive, user-friendly interface. Mentor and support junior developers within the Team, fostering a collaborative and growth oriented environment. Provide guidance on coding standards and emerging technologies. Collaborate with clients and internal partners to gather requirements and scope solutions. Required Qualifications At least 8+ years of IT industry experience. Must have 5 years+ knowledge within Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365. Proven track record of design and delivery of moderately complex projects. Experience with C#, ASP .NET, CSS, JavaScript, Python, T-SQL, PowerShell, GIT, PowerFX. Experience with Azure functions, web applications, storage, logic apps, key vault, service buses, Identity Services, Graph, DevOps and GitHub. Have a security‑first approach, covering confidentiality, integrity and availability. Experience within DevOps software development and/or operations involving DevOps tools and ways of working. Commercial experience developing cloud native applications. Experience in emigrating legacy platforms into the cloud. Working with a quality first approach – performance testing, integration testing and unit testing.
