Your Impact As Production Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Kingston facility’s daily operations. You will: Lead the production team to hit ambitious efficiency, safety, and quality targets Build a culture of pride, accountability, and continuous improvement Champion GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, CFIA, and FDA standards Optimize labour, equipment, and raw materials to maximize performance Inspire and mentor your team, creating pathways for their growth and success Partner across departments (QA, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D) to launch new products and improve processes Spearhead equipment commissioning, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in food science, Dairy Science, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of leadership experience in food, dairy, or infant nutrition manufacturing A proven record of leading people, solving complex problems, and driving results Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance (GMP, HACCP, CFIA, FDA) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, ERP, and MES systems (certifications are a plus) Who You Are A natural leader who motivates and inspires A continuous learner who thrives on challenges A strong communicator who can unite teams around a vision Results-driven, innovative, and committed to excellence Someone who leads with integrity, collaboration, and respect Join a Team That Values You At Canada Royal Milk, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion.
