Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in packaging solutions, is seeking a Senior Recruiter - Bilingual (English/French) to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Recruiter - Bilingual (English/French), you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Recruiter - Bilingual (English/French) Location: Primarily remote with some travel to sites in the GTA Pay Range: $70-$78K ( based on experience ) Timings: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm What's the Job? Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for salaried (white-collar) positions, from identifying staffing needs to extending offers and onboarding new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and advise on market trends and candidate profiles. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and maintain excellent service throughout all recruitment stages. Monitor and evaluate recruitment KPIs and SLAs, implementing improvements as needed. Create compelling job postings and develop sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed. What's Needed? Degree in Human Resources or a related field. Bilingual proficiency in English and French. 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly with white-collar roles. CPHR designation is an asset. Reliable transportation for site visits is an asset. What's in it for me? One-year contract role supporting maternity leave coverage.
