Looking for Nurses to service clients located in Maple, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill and surrounding areas

Must be an RN/RPN in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

Experience: 1 year (required)

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers and fellow healthcare professionals to develop a care plan based on patient assessments.

Deliver nursing care to patients in accordance with the prescribed care plan.

Promote patient safety and facilitate their comfort within their home environment. Based on the respective client's prescribed care plan , services include (but not limited to) :
Cerebral Palsy Developmental Delay, Seizure Disorder, G-tube feeds, Visual deficits, PEG tube care
Frequent oral Suctioning, Total care, lifts
Airway monitoring, oxygen and humidity administration, trach care, stoma care
Chest Physio
Bi-pap overnight support
Medication administration
Flashing of bilateral Pyleostomies, seizures, ADLs
Requires shift nurse at schools for g-tube feeds, tip suctioning, seizure monitoring and RPN medications
Glucose check and insulin administration

ALL QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Must be currently registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Have current CPR
Have current N95 Maskfit test
Valid Police Clearance within one year
Current Immunization/Medical including covid vaccination
Must have a minimum of 1 year current work experience
