Key Responsibilities Interface with the A+E monitoring center to conduct deep‑dive investigations and resolve root causes beyond the monitoring desk capacity. Apply lessons from root‑cause resolution to the A+E monitoring program to develop predictive detection and alerting. Lead cross‑discipline efforts researching niche market needs, developing monitoring and alert strategies aligned with value‑based drivers. Propose new opportunities or solutions to enhance monitoring technologies. Collaborate effectively with supporting teams—service, sales, quality, engineering, and operations—on solutions development. Technical/Professional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Data‑driven, systematic approach to troubleshooting. Ability to work with evolving technologies. Excellent knowledge of systems technology and related mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, controls, and injection molding process. Good organizational skills and ability to work independently and interact effectively with customers. Interfacing effectively across manufacturing, engineering, and service functions. Data‑Driven AI Development—transforming raw data into actionable insights through model selection, feature engineering, and performance tuning. Education Engineering degree or engineering technician with appropriate experience. Related Experience Minimum 10 years experience with Husky equipment—including assembly, testing, service, and engineering across all Husky products such as machines, molds, robots, and other product handling equipment. Minimum 3 years experience with molds process optimization and troubleshooting.
