Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Engineer - Ontario, Canada - Remote Apply for this role at Pall Corporation . Your work will help safeguard health, protect critical assets, and drive continuous improvement across a global customer base. In This Role Manage supplier sourcing, onboarding, and relationships in collaboration with project stakeholders. Lead bid clarification, evaluate commercial proposals, and award purchase orders to secure best‑value procurement. Negotiate and oversee vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies, ethics, and risk requirements. Implement risk mitigation strategies and manage change orders or variation claims as needed. Monitor supplier performance (on‑time delivery and continuous improvement) through regular evaluations. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, or Operations Management; proficiency in SAP and MS Office. 5+ years of sourcing and procurement experience in a matrix organization with strong contract interpretation and relationship management skills. Detail‑oriented and organized, ensuring compliance with systems, standards, and procedures. Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities to deliver sound commercial recommendations and lead successful negotiations. Self‑motivated with excellent communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams. Preferred Experience MBA or professional certifications from recognized procurement institutes. Prior experience in oil & gas, fabrication, or construction projects. The annual salary range for this role is $100,000–$110,000 CAD. This position is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k). Additional remote work arrangements may be provided based on the interview team.
