Base Pay Range CA$50.00/hr - CA$60.00/hr Location Waterloo, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, open to Toronto) Contract 18 months | Potential for extension or conversion Job Summary A leading client in the financial services industry is seeking a Digital Business Analyst & Test Lead to support HR technology initiatives across a global workforce. This role combines business analysis, testing leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful digital HR solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and user requirements. Define and execute test strategy, UAT, and defect management. Support global HR tech projects, enhancements, and BAU initiatives. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality and compliance. Requirements 3+ years of experience in HR systems or business analysis roles. Hands‑on test lead experience (planning, execution, triage). Knowledge of HR SaaS platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, etc.). Strong communication and facilitation skills. Nice to Have Human‑Centered Design, CHRP/CHRL, or PMP certification.
