Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer located in Ottawa, ON. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for managing client files in real estate, corporate/commercial, and/or wills & estates matters, providing legal advice, conducting legal research and drafting legal documents in these practice areas. The candidate will work closely with senior lawyers and support staff to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and expertise. Qualifications Strong legal research and analytical skills Experience in drafting legal documents and providing legal advice Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage client files independently and work collaboratively with a team Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or J.D.), with a focus on Canadian law 0-5 years prior experience in a solicitor-based law firm Bilingual in English and French is an asset Extended Health Care Vision Care Disability Insurance Life Insurance On-site Parking Competitive salary and non-discretionary performance bonus structure Application Deadline December 12, 2025 Job Type Full-time, Permanent How to Apply Please send your cover letter and resume to (indicate "Associate Lawyer" in the subject line).
