The role reports to the Vice President of the PMO, collaborates closely with the Chief Architect and Lead Developers, and delivers innovative technologies that enhance safety, efficiency, and security of airport operations. Responsibilities Work with project stakeholders to define solution requirements and specifications. Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software and system management tools at the project site. Support Solution Architects to specify system design, development, and deployment requirements. Monitor and test application performance, troubleshoot, propose solutions, and work with developers to implement bug fixes. Collaborate with project stakeholders to manage product requirements, prevent scope creep, and make Change Order recommendations. Write and deliver technical, operating and training documentation in compliance with QA processes. Research new hardware and software solutions and methods to improve system performance. Must hold or be eligible to obtain a government‑level security clearance. Proven track record managing end‑to‑end project delivery, meeting timelines and quality standards. In‑depth experience with the V‑Model development lifecycle, focusing on systems engineering processes, verification and validation. Expertise installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows, UNIX, and Linux environments. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including OSI layers, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Solid grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, rapid technology learning, and multitasking precision. Excellent written and verbal communication, explaining complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills, balancing competing priorities.
