Senior Manager, Product Management, Business Deposit Accounts Apply for the Senior Manager, Product Management, Business Deposit Accounts role at RBC. What is the opportunity? We are looking for a Senior Manager interested in product strategy and product management to join the Business Deposit Accounts (BDA) and Business Debit Cards product team. The team drives sustainable revenue growth across the BDA portfolio, optimizes client experience through debit card enhancements, and partners with others to attract new business clients. What will you do? Perform P&L portfolio analysis to assess performance, identify trends and insights to inform overall business performance. Shape the product growth strategy for the BDA suite: market and competitive research, evaluate product constructs, conduct client research, develop business cases, formulate executive‑level recommendations, develop an execution roadmap and lead execution from planning to launch. Lead analysis and define recommendations on BDA and Business Debit Cards initiatives. Collaborate with partners across the bank to lead execution and implementation of product strategies. Perform portfolio review, maintain policies, legal agreements, marketing collaterals and other product‑management activities. Manage and address escalations and risks or issues on a timely basis by liaising with appropriate partners. What do you need to succeed? Must‑Hold Strategic thinking and structured problem solving with strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. Effective stakeholder management and experience leading cross‑functional teams. Proactive self‑starter who can dive into detail while keeping the big picture. Strong financial acumen, advanced proficiency in business‑case development and portfolio analysis. Advanced proficiency in creating executive‑level presentations with PowerPoint. Well organized with great attention to detail. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to evolving priorities. Undergraduate degree. Nice‑to‑Have Experience in product strategy, design and launch. Product management and P&L experience. Commercial banking knowledge. Prior experience in management consulting, strategy or analytics roles. MBA or equivalent. What’s in it for you?
