Administer the hiring process and ensure staff get proper training and development. Exploring and developing job roles, descriptions, salary, and performance evaluation methods. Enforce company policies and lead the disciplinary processes to maintain a productive, respectful work environment. Leading discussions for collective agreements, handling conflicts or complaints, and offering solutions to workplace issues. Managing employee pay and benefits, training, support programs, and ensuring fair treatment and opportunities for all employees. Organizing and managing employees performance evaluations and ensure feedback is provided. Aiding employer and staff in understanding company policies and compensation plans. Manage HR information systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Developing and suggesting improvements to employee benefits, health programs, and safety practices.
