The Canada Division Technology team is looking for an experienced Director Quality Engineering to implement proper QE practices across CDT. Position Responsibilities: Interprets business challenges and recommends course of actions and market guidelines to improve products, processes or services. Influences key business leaders and builds consensus to ensure successful operational delivery. Leads transformation within the Segment by shifting from a QA to a QE approach, while growing test automation and elevating quality standards. Leads projects and programs with notable risk and/or complexity with diverse and sometimes conflicting interest groups. Demonstrates the ability to analyze multiple solutions for solving business challenges and select the best-informed course of action.
