Senior Equity Compensation Analyst – Thomson Reuters Join to apply for the Senior Equity Compensation Analyst role at Thomson Reuters. The Senior Equity Compensation Analyst will administer the company’s equity plans, perform equity analysis, produce monthly and quarterly reporting, and be responsible for engaging in research to address employee questions. The role will require coordination with stakeholders across finance, treasury, legal and payroll. Responsibilities Assist in processing annual/off‑cycle grants and dividend equivalents Conduct equity analyses, modelling and testing Execute audits and reconciliations of equity data Manage off‑cycle grant tracking, including uploading grants into the equity system and collecting governance documentation Support equity‑participant communications Interact with third‑party equity administration vendors (e.g., UBS, Newport Group) and international assignment partners Administer daily transactions, including end‑to‑end processing for RSU lapses and stock‑option exercises Assist with the administration of the global Employee Stock Purchase Plan – enrollment, reconciliations, purchase calculations, share transfers/allocations and participant communications Record and analyse data from multiple sources using advanced spreadsheet techniques Assist with the administration of the Deferred Compensation Plan – annual enrollment processing and distributions Conduct data requests as needed Apply basic knowledge of Executive Compensation to complete assignments and research/resolution of day‑to‑day plan‑operation problems Prepare compensation‑related communication materials Identify opportunities to standardise and automate internal processes to improve operating efficiencies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 4+ years of Stock Plan Administration experience (ESPP in a global company or equity service provider) 2‑4+ years of relevant analytical experience required Experience administering complex equity compensation plans for a publicly traded company preferred but not required Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (v‑lookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas) Exceptional commitment to detail and accuracy at all work levels Strong problem‑solving, analytical and quantitative skills Capacity for independent learning and knowledge acquisition Excellent oral and written communication / interpersonal skills Ability to maintain high integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is a plus Benefits Hybrid Work Model – flexible hybrid working environment (2–3 days a week in the office, depending on the role) and seamless digital‑physical connectivity Flexibility & Work‑Life Balance – “Flex My Way” policies, up to 8 weeks of remote work per year, and support for personal/professional responsibilities Career Development and Growth – continuous learning and skill‑development opportunities, Grow My Way programming and skills‑first approach Industry‑Competitive Benefits – flexible vacation, two company‑wide Mental Health Days off, Headspace app access, retirement savings, tuition reimbursement, employee incentive programs and resources for mental, physical and financial well‑being Culture – global award‑winning reputation for inclusion, belonging, flexibility, work‑life balance; values include “Obsess over our Customers”, “Compete to Win”, “Challenge (Y)our Thinking”, “Act Fast / Learn Fast” and “Stronger Together” Social Impact – paid volunteer days, pro‑bono consulting projects and ESG initiatives Real‑World Impact – supporting justice, truth and transparency for customers and institutions worldwide About Us Thomson Reuters informs the way forward by bringing together trusted content and technology that people and organizations need to make the right decisions.
