**Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker****Job Description**As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately picking perishable and nonperishable grocery items within the warehouse using a double electric pallet jack. You will utilize a headset to locate items, palletize and stage pallets, and assist fellow order pickers in locating orders. This role requires working in various temperature environments including ambient, cooler, and freezer settings.**Responsibilities**Order picking of perishable and nonperishable grocery items using a double electric pallet jack.Using a headset to efficiently locate items in the warehouse.Palletizing and staging pallets for shipment.Assisting other order pickers in locating orders.Working in all temperature zones: ambient, cooler, and freezer.**Essential Skills**Minimum of 6 months of repetitive work experience.Capability to lift between 1-50 lbs repetitively.Willingness to work in cold environments such as the fridge and freezer (cooler is 5 degrees, freezer is -21 degrees).Open availability, including weekends, with weekdays off.Eagerness to learn how to operate a double electric pallet jack.Reliable transportation for PM shifts, as the location is not accessible by transit.Ability to provide a background check.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.Experience with electric pallet jacks.Forklift experience is a plus.Strong attendance record.Willingness to ask for help and a positive attitude towards learning.Good work ethic.**Why Work Here?**Employees benefit from union membership, which includes comprehensive health coverage with 100% prescription, hearing, and vision benefits. You will work in diverse temperature settings: dry storage, cooler, and freezer. The dress code requires pants, steel-toed work boots, and appropriate layers for cold environments, with freezer jackets and PPE provided. The role includes a shift from 8 pm to 4:30 am, with required weekend work and the option to choose two weekday days off.
