We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our Custom Baskets team as a strong individual contributor. This role involves close collaboration with business users, global technology peers, and product leads to enhance application functionality and deliver impactful technology solutions. You will join a global team with diverse technical expertise and deep system knowledge. Job Responsibilities: Contribute to core application functionality through complex project tasks and strategic initiatives Work closely with product leads across the technology organization to identify and implement improvements Communicate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and address questions Collaborate with global technology peers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions Drive innovation by proposing and implementing ideas that add value to the business Required Skills: Familiarity with Gradle, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture Knowledge of multithreading and testing methodologies in Java Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Preferred Skills: Experience with additional languages such as C#, Python, or SQL Exposure to protobuf (GPB) Familiarity with financial services or trading platforms is a plus Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
