That’s why this role is anything but ordinary. You’ll coordinate the work of our shop and field technicians, ensure repairs are properly followed up, and support the service manager with daily scheduling. You’ll also be a key resource for apprentices and trainees, providing coaching and guidance along the way. Your impact will go far beyond operations. You’ll help ensure performance standards are met, take part in technician performance reviews, and serve as a trusted point of contact for customers — helping find real solutions in collaboration with your team. And because safety is part of our DNA, you’ll make sure everything is done in full compliance with health and safety standards.
